Small and charming beach apartment located very near La Carihuela Beach in Torremolinos and with cosy tapas bars and restaurants just around the corner.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and from the entrance you walk into the living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa area and dining area with seats for 6 people. From the living room there is access to a small terrace with a table for 2, and stairs leading up to the roof terrace, which is the highlight of the apartment. On this south faced terrace there is garden furniture with seats for 6 people, 2 sun loungers and an electric BBQ. It makes for a really nice and relaxing area.
There is a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea from both the small terrace and the roof terrace.
There is 2 small bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Contains a double bed and a build in wardrobe and a separate wardrobe. There is direct access to the small terrace from this bedroom.
2nd bedroom: Contains 2 single beds. There is no wardrobe in this bedroom.
In addition to the 2 bedrooms, then the sofa in the living room can also be made to a sofa bed, which makes for 2 more sleeps.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned with heating and cooling.
With only a 15 minute walk away from Moltemar Alto train station, it makes it very easy to get to and from Málaga Airport, which makes it possible to get around without a rental car. It is also very easy to take the train to Málaga or some of the other cities along the Costa del Sol.
A really lovely apartment which is perfect for a great holiday at any time of year.

Een mooi, simpel appartement waarbij het bovenste terras eigenlijk geweldig is. Jammer dat het zwembad in onderhoud was. Verder zou een waterkoker wel handig zijn. conclusie: gewoon goed! Perfecte locatie.
