Large, bright and spacious townhouse located in the Parador area near Burriana Beach in Nerja.
Very suitable for couples and families who wish a cozy atmosphere near the beach and city.
The 3-level house is built in a traditional charming Spanish style, with access to a large and nicely furnished patio and a terrace on the top floor with Mediterranean Sea View!
The ground floor contains; a lovely hall, a nice and very well equipped kitchen, a large living room which includes a dining area with sittings for 6 and a cozy and comfortable sitting area with fireplace and TV and access to the lovely patio, nicely furnished with table, chairs and parasol. The patio also includes a small shaft with washing machine.
The first floor contains; 2 lovely double bedrooms with wardrobe and 1 bathroom.
The second floor contains; a beautiful double bedroom with views of Nerja's best beach - Burriana Beach.
The house is only a few minutes walk away from Burriana Beach.
The entire house is nicely furnished and appears very bright and cozy, and is situated in a charming Spanish neighborhood in the popular area near Hotel Parador.
NOTE: Own car or rental car; recommended!
