The apartment is 90 m2 + a 15 m2 terrace and contains: 2 bedrooms both with double bed and fitted wardrobe. Master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace.
Additional bathroom with shower. Well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room has a cozy TV corner and dining table for 6 people. East-, southeast facing covered terrace with table, chairs and also 2 sunbeds. There is a built-in air conditioning throughout the apartment. Also Wi-Fi internet access and private parking in a shared garage.
Furthermore, you have access to a community swimming pool area which is open all year.
Restaurants, bars and pizzaria is only a 750 meter walk from the apartment. The nearest town is Calahonda 3 km´s away, where you will find good shopping opportunities. It takes less than half an hour to drive from Malaga airport to the apartment.
