The community area is beautifully kept with a large green area. You have access to a great pool area with community pool, Swim-training pool, and a baby pool. The swimming pools are accessible from June to September. There is a private tennis court available free of charge all year.

AREA
There is only 550 meters to the beach, and it takes only a few minutes walking. The beach is a wide sandy beach and there is a nice promenade in both directions to both Fuengirola and Benalmadena, with and good selection of restaurants and small shops.

SIGHTS
The nearby towns: Benalmadena and Mijas have plenty to offer, and if you desire something more exclusive, then is Marbella a natural choice (20 minutes by car). However, you should not deceive yourselves to experience the charming historic district of Malaga center with a wide range of local shops and restaurants and not least the museums; Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum or Center Pompidou. The award-winning Benalmadena Marina is also worth a visit and their ferry ride to Malaga is an experience.
Benalmadena Publo is a charming Spanish district of Benalmadena, and if you want to see more of the picturesque and beautiful white villages; then both Mijas and Ronda are recommended to visit.

It is no coincidence that the coast is also called the ‘Costa del Golf’ as there are many and good golf facilities in the area. Nearest golf course is Mijas Golf International.

If you want to go on a day trip, there is even more to experience and you can consider everything from the Alhambra in Granada (a must), English Gibraltar, charming Seville or take the boat to Tangier in Africa to make it really exotic.

The apartment is located approx. 25 minutes' drive from Malaga airport - Costa del Sol.

Los Boliches Train Station is just few minutes from the apartment. The train runs every 20 minutes to both the airport (20 minutes) and Malaga city center (40 minutes) as well as the surrounding towns; Benalmadena, Torremolinos etc. (approx. 5 minutes)

Regardless of you want a relaxing holiday by the pool and the beach, hiking on Mijas mountain, taking a round on the golf course or whether you want to experience and explore Malaga and Andalusia, the apartment is a safe choice for an absolutely fantastic holiday.
