Charming townhouse in residential neighborhood near Fuengirola.
The house is located in Calle Pinzon near Castillo Soheil and the Miramar center in Fuengirola. The beach in front of the castle is only a 15 minutes walk from the house and another 15 minutes to get to the marina and center of Fuengirola.
The house is of older date, but very well maintained, charming and well equipped. There are 2 nice bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. This house is suitable for 4 people.
The master bedroom is very spacious and contains a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and direct access to a balcony with table, 2 chairs and a sun lounger.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.
Kitchen is in open connection with the living room and the whole room has a charming and cozy atmosphere.The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hob, gas stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender etc.
In the living room there is a dining table for 4 people, sofa and armchairs, TV, wireless internet via a fast fiber connection. Air conditioning for cooling or heating. The sofa is a sofabed and can easily be made into an extra bed for 1 adult or 2 children.
One of the advantages of this townhouse is certainly the cozy and large green terrace in front of the house, which is well equipped with dining table, extra terrace chairs, barbecue and awning. It is the perfect setting for a family night.
Behind the house you find an Andalusian pation with another decking table, chairs as well as a sink and a washing machine.
There are several hiking trails in the area, and if you are fit to go, there is plenty to discover.
