Property Rental Manager; Danish or Norwegian speaking
Rincón Rent is seeking the right person for the open job position as Property Rental Manager for our Danish and/or Norwegian clients.
After a hectic growth, new regulations in the vacation rental industry and implementing of new systems and procedures we are looking for the right person to take charge of the Property Rental Manager tasks & Reception tasks for our Scandinavian markets.
It is crucial that you are both willing and able to master multiple skills related to the vacation rental
industry. That you are willing to learn, explore, grow, and develop within our industry and company.
You will have to participate and explore in finding the optimal workflows and procedures within the
digital possibilities that are present today and in the future.
We expect that you are open minded but still strictly organized and have a high work ethic.
You will work close with Administration and leadership, but it is still essential that you are individually
driven and have good communication skills in a sometime hectic environment.
The main part of the property owners and guests are foreigners, so it is expected that you can communicate on a high-level English and Spanish, written as spoken and master Danish and/or Norwegian on a native level.
Advancement for the right person is possible.
The person will be in charge for the daily Property Rental Management tasks described below and. Additional tasks should be expected.
TASKS
In-House Tasks:
- Bookings and booking optimizing
- Front office: Arrival, departure, check-in validation etc.
- Supporting guests before, during and after their stay.
- Back office: rental payments, invoicing etc.
- Customer and client Support on mail, phone, social media etc.
- Problem solver and bridge between guests, housekeeping, key-managers, suppliers, and property owners.
- Listing New Properties incl. pricing, offers, onboarding new owners etc.
- Channel Manager to optimize listings on OTA’s and agents.
- Administrative task
- Etc.
Out-of-office Tasks:
- Property inspections (new property leads)
- Random work-related tasks
- Etc.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum languages requirements (written and spoken): Danish or Norwegian (C2 or native), UK (C1
or native), ES (B2 or native)
Experience from other office jobs, front desk jobs, preferred from holiday rental industry
Experience with problem solving or complain handling, able to work in stressed situations, under
pressure and multitasking
Experience with other in-house PMS, portals extranet etc.
Driver’s license
WORK PLACE:
Office in Mijas (Malaga), Spain
WORK SCHEDULE (can vary due to season)
Full Time: 40h per week
Work schedule includes:
- Working every 2nd weekend
- Working on Nacional and local holidays can occur and will be compensated
- 24h rotating telephone guard

Housekeeping & maintenance
Service Team
The Rincón Rent - Service Team assists hundreds of holiday homes and takes care of all the duties a
nice holiday home needs to complete a satisfying stay for both homeowners and guests.
The Service Team takes pride in deliver high standard service which provides happy and returning
clients.
We are looking for qualified people who has the desire to work in the hospitality industry and join
our growing team of key-managers, housekeeping and maintenance. It is highly important that you
are responsible and independent and even though the work can be demanding always meet guests
as colleagues with a positive attitude.
The job can be physically demanding.
The job tasks include:
- Preparing and cleaning of holiday homes.
- Meet & Greet with clients.
- Solve problems for clients during their stay
Job requirements:
- Experience from hospitality industry or from other cleaning jobs is required.
- Own car is preferred
- Experience from other cleaning or service jobs is preferred
- A minimum of understand and reading in English
Work area:
- Malaga West: Torremolinos to Estepona

Work Schedule
- Parttime 20 hours / week
- Work schedules vary from month to month.
- Work during weekends and holidays should be expected.
- The work hours are typically in the morning but can occur (especially in the high season) also on afternoons.
