For more than 10 years, Rincón Rent has been dedicated to the rental of private holiday homes in the area of Malaga

We take pride in selecting only the best holiday homes, and over the years have created a faithful clientele of happy and satisfied guests who rent year after year.

We care about a high level of service and customer satisfaction both in the process of the booking, but also during and after the holiday. Unlike many other rental portals, we are physical located in the Malaga area and it is always easy for our clients to get hold of us during the holiday if needed.

We make sure to welcome you at the holiday home and do not leave you until we are sure that you are well installed. My team has made sure that everything is cleaned and neat, made the beds and clean towels are available and there is of course a nice bottle of wine ready upon your arrival.

The new rental law in Andalusia for private lettinng has led to some bureaucracy and new rules to be addressed. As a homeowner, you are in good hands, as we ensure that everything from the legal rental license, guest check-in and so forth are in place. 90% of our homeowners are not from Spain but from other European countries, the United States and Canada, and their homes in Spain are typically their 2nd or 3rd home.

We have therefore developed a Full-Service Concept, where we handle all the practicalities tasks associated with letting. In addition to the administration, we ensure that the holiday home is ready for the guests and our service team and craftsmen can help if a faucet drips or an air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Our homeowners think it's easy and convenient that we are there and can take care of everything.
