The villa is the same as ref. 280 Villa Azalea, but in the winter and spring season, the villa can be rented without the annex and are thus slightly more affordable.

The villa is located on the outskirts of the cosy La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol’s west side of Malaga, and it doesn’t take 10 minutes to go to the city town centre to get an ice cream or enjoy a good dinner at one of the many restaurants. The entire villa is very nice decorated inside and outside and everything appears nicely and still functional, for you to have a wonderful stay.

In front of the house is an Andalucian inspired patio with natural stone and a nice sitting area with patio table and chairs where you can enjoy the peace. Natural stones and cosy corners are a theme thorough the entire plot, where there is ample opportunity to relax and enjoy the stay.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, American fridge with ice cube maker, utility room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining room, which is nice furnished with dining table with extension plate. The living room is bright and pleasant with comfortable sitting areas, TV, wireless Internet and air conditioning.

Although the dining room and the living room are very nice, the most will stay on the outside covered terrace with glass walls, which are like an extra room during both winter and summer. The covered patio is furnished just as lovely as the living room with comfortable sitting area, TV and a round dining table, which offers a compelling view of the Mediterranean and the bay of the village.

The bedrooms are all nice decorated with quality furnishing; good mattresses in the beds and all have air conditioning:

The bathrooms are nicely decorated with beautiful natural colored tiles and both include a shower cabinet, under floor heating and hairdryers. The en-suite Master Bedroom bathroom also includes; 2 sinks, towel heater, large shower and heart shaped tub.

The villa continues to surprise and offer in the exterior even more lovely and convenient facilities. Among other things, there are patio tables and chairs outside each bedroom in the annexe, covered outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, bar, sink, dining table, gas grill and Weber charcoal grill and an area that can provide the scenario for many enjoyable evenings in good company.

The pool is large 40m2, measuring 8x5 meters with Roman steps. Note that if you have small children, you can order installation of safety nets (www.babysegur.com) around the pool, so children can play safely persuaded on the terraces. Notice that you can stay completely undisturbed on all terraces.

In summary, it can be mentioned that there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, wireless Internet, satellite TV including Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, English and German channels available on the TV in the lounge.

The villa is located less than a half hour drive from the airport and Malaga city. The location is excellent and central if you wish to explorer Andalucia and all its sights and there are also plenty to explorer in the local area. The beach is about 900 meters from the villa and you can see down to El Chaparral’s golf courses. El Chaparral’s clubhouse is about 3 km from the house and there are about 6 km to the Miraflores golf. But there are plenty of other courses to choose from and just to mention some of the closest; Torrequebrada, Calanova Golf, La Cala Golf, etc.

The supermarket is less than 5 minutes from the villa. In the city are found restaurants, shops, cafes, bank, etc. If you want fresh fruits and vegetables, there is a large market every Wednesday and Saturday all year round in the town. There are many good restaurants in the area and the nearest (Restaurant Olé), which by the way is very popular, is located in the urbanization, only few minutes walk from the villa.

All together this is a great villa with easy access to ‘everything’ and a superb choice for a great vacation.
