The Rincón Rent - Service Team assists hundreds of holiday homes and takes care of all the duties a nice holiday home needs to complete a satisfying stay for both homeowners and guests.
The Service Team takes pride in deliver high standard service which provides happy and returning clients.
 
Service Team Assistant – job description
We are looking for someone who has the desire and courage to work where things sometimes may well go a little fast. It is very important that you are responsible and independent. You must be smiling and positive and must be able to receive guests. The job can be physically demanding.

The job tasks include:
 Preparing and cleaning of holiday homes.
 Meet & Greet with clients.
 Solve problems for clients during their stay

Work area:
 Primary work area: Malaga East - From Malaga Centre to Almuñecar
   Secondary work area: Malaga West - From Malaga Centre to Estepona

Work hours:
 25-30 hours / week
 Workdays are always on weekends and a couple of days during the week. Work schedule vary from month to month. Work schedule will be available approx. 2 weeks prior each work month.
 The work hours are typically in the morning, but can occur also on afternoons.

Start date:

  -

Job requirements:
 Own Car is preferred
 Can drive in the mountains of Costa del Sol
 Work all weekends during high season (mid June to mid September)
 Experience from other cleaning jobs is preferred
 A minimum of speaking and reading English

You will get:
 covered all driving expenses in accordance with applicable tariffs
 monthly salary based on qualifications

3) Listing Agent

Listing Agent - job description
Due to expansion and extraordinary demand for our services, we are looking for a dynamic person to immediate accession to our team for holiday rentals. 
 
The primary tasks are to record new properties in the program and to replace and support Customer Service / Booking.

Job tasks:
 
PROPERTIES:
Meet with potential homeowners to inspect the property, description of our services, pricing and procurement.
Creatinge and maintenance of listings incl. preparation of propertydescription, info folder, driving description, etc.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOOKINGS:
Support clients, guests and homeowners.

Work area:
 From our office facilities in Centro Idea, Mijas/Fuengirola

Work hours:
 20-30 hours / week
 Monday - Friday and every 2. weekend.

Job requirements:
Primary language:

English (Danish/Norwegian): high level in speaking and writing.
 
Not a must, but an advantage if:
You have knowledge of photography, image processing
You are known on the coast and has lived in the area for a longer period
Secondary languages: Swedish, Spanish

You will get:

 monthly salary based on qualifications
