Arrival and departure:
The property is initially available on the day of arrival from 15.00 (3 p.m.). Some of the large properties are first available from 16.00 (4 p.m.) as the cleaning team needs more time. All properties must be vacated on departure day at 10.00 (10 a.m.). Arrivals after 22.00 (10 PM), please check: Late Arrivals
 
Calendar - how do I know if a home is vacant:
Each property has a tab named 'Calendar and prices', where you can check out the availability.
If you want a list of vacant holiday homes in a given period, just fill out the ‘Inquiry vacation rental’ form
 
Changeover day:
Check out the actual property for which changeover options it has. The changeover day can be 'optional' or 'fixed'. 
 
Late arrival:
Yes, you are welcome to arrive late to the property. However, please note that arrivals after 22.00 (10 p.m.), only can be made by appointment and has an additional fee of € 60, -
 
Children's Equipment:

Numbers of persons per accommodation:
There may stay the number of people in the property as there are sleeps (including extra sleeps). Children 0-2 years do not count as a sleep.
 
Extra sleep:
There is possibility for extra sleeps in most of the properties, and under each property description you can see how many possible. If the extra sleeps in on a sofa bed or folding bed that are present in the property there are usually no extra costs for the extra sleeps.  
If an extra folding bed must be provided to the property the price is € 50 / per week. 
 
Pets - dogs
You can bring your dog upon agreement in many of the properties. It will appear in the property description if pets aren’t. Some properties accepts dogs 'on request'. In these cases must be reported the dogs: race and weight. If the dog is accepted there will be an additional fee on + € 30 for final cleaning.
 
Final cleaning:
Final cleaning is mandatory and cannot be deselected.
 
Bed linen and towels:
Bed linen and towels are optional if you wish to bring your own or want it delivered upon arrival.
Bed linen and towels: € 16 per person
Beach towels: € 10 per person
 
Electricity:
Weekly rental: It will be stated in the price list under each property, if the consumption of electricity is included in the rental price or billed separately. If the electricity is billed separately you will have access to the properties electric meter and can always follow the actual consumption. 
Long Term: utilities (electricity and water) are paid either by a) meter, or b) fixed monthly amount.

Deposit:
Most of the properties require a deposit. The deposit is used to cover any damages on the property, furniture, etc. This deposit will be refunded to your account within 10 days of departure. See the actual property description for the amount.
 
Booking - How do I make a booking?
Each property has a tab named 'Prices and calendar'. On the calendar; select the dates you want to book, and then click the 'Book this property'. After completing the booking form, please await the final confirmation from us.
Please note that the reservation has not been completed, before you have received an email confirmation. Reservations are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 24 hours.
You can also reserve a property simply by sending us an email at info@rinconrent.com 
 
Discounts:
Most of the properties offer discounts from 4+ week’s rental during off season. See price list for the actual property or contact us.
 
Groups:
If you travel a large group and want several properties in close distance to each other, you can inquire about which properties that will be appropriate for you to rent. See also property listing for 9 + people.
 
Payment Terms:
When booking a property with arrival within 30 day from the reservation; full payment has to be made within 3 days after reservation.
 
When arriving later than 30 day from the reservation, payment can be made in 2 terms. 
1st payment: 30% has to be paid within 3 days of reservation
2nd payment: 70% is due 30 days before arrival
All payments have to be made to our Spanish bank account. 
Once we have registered a payment, we will always send a confirmation. When 2nd or full amount is received, we will send one driving directions from Malaga airport to the property a designated meeting point where we will meet & greet you and turn over the keys.
 
Cancellation Insurance:
We recommend that you make cancellation insurance, as the above payments cannot be returned. You can ask your insurance company for this or we can assist with this through our cooperation with the European Travel Insurance A / S. Note that for cancellation Insurance has to be made with the reservation of the property and cannot be made later!
 
Services:
We have a wide range of extra services that you and your travel companions can benefit from. We can help with everything from car hire to arrange for a delicious lunch or fruit basket upon arrival to a midweek cleaning etc.

Prices:
The prices are typically per property per week, and the price covers as many people as there are sleeps for in the property.
 
All prices include all taxes, fees and VAT.
